New Onondaga Redhawks Season!

After winning the Arena Lacrosse League Championship just two weeks ago my next trophy pursuit has begun! The start of the Onondaga Redhawks season was this past weekend against long standing rival the Newtown Golden Eagles. It was everything we expected in terms of a solid lacrosse game against possibly one of the oldest rivalries in lacrosse history. As you may or may not know, Lacrosse is a Native American sport and has been played for thousands of years. Both Onondaga and Newtown have competed against each other since the dawn of Lacrosse. Its truly an honor to represent the Onondaga Redhawks and I take pride in playing for one of the oldest lacrosse clubs in history. Here’s a look at our game from Thrilla Vision:

This was a close game, we ended up winning by just two goals in the late minutes of the 3rd period. There was a solid crowd that came out to support the first home game and the boys were ready to play! We have a lot of work to continue to do if we intend to defend the Can Am Championship and hoist the President’s Cup. As you know, we’ve never been scared of a little bit of hard work!

I appreciate you tuning into and being apart of #ThrillaNation! Please feel free to share these with your friends so they can enjoy the Thrilla Vision as well.
